A scientific trade exhibition will be held during InCoB 2004 and will cover a wide range of bioinformatics hardware, software and literature. Companies and suppliers of bioinformatics related material and equipment are invited to display their products and technologies. This exhibition is deemed to be a vital aspect of the conference.
The exhibition space will be reserved on a first come-first served basis. Booths are of dimensions 3m x 3m in the Convention Centre foyer. To register your interest to book exhibition space please complete the attached form and email to j.r.wood@massey.ac.nz. Single or multiple booths may be booked.
Following confirmation of the availability of a booth you will be advised of the cost. A booking form will then be completed and payment must accompany the booking form. Payment should be made in the name of "Massey University". The layout of the exhibition space will be provided upon registration of interest. Assignment of booths will be on a first come-first served basis.
Exhibitors will be provided with 1 table, 1 poster board, a plug point and a stacker chair.
All materials relevant to the advertisement eg. plate, color separation, diskette etc. should be supplied by the deadline of 1 August 2004. A late fee of 20% in excess of the above rates are charged up to 15 August 2004.
